Public Policy Responses in Managing COVID-19 and Lessons drawn

Introduction: Rightly said, that the COVID-19 pandemic has not weakened the system but exposed the already existing weaknesses of public policy systems. While few countries managed to combat the pandemic inspite of being hit hard and had a bad start; some others started well but without preparedness and the right public policy instruments messed up with not only public health but also the economy.
